Phase Based Approach

Phase 1: Analysis and Evaluation

A joint review of project requirements, objectives, desired timelines and potential gaps will aid in building out a thorough project plan and align expected roles and responsibilities. Properly evaluating specific deliverables will prevent scope creep and will aid in a more efficient project execution.

Phase 2: Project Plan Creation

A comprehensive plan that defines all critical aspects of the project that may include:

  • Project charter
  • Communication plan
  • Work item schedule and assignments
  • Budgets and procurement schedules
  • Human resource plan
  • 3rd party or contractor requirements
  • Quality, Health and Safety considerations
  • Risk analysis

Phase 3: Execution and Management

Our team can champion the management and ensure effective execution of the project plan once approved. We can supply complimentary resources to your company’s personnel and manage external contractors as required. Direct and committed oversight of the project will ensure timelines and milestones are met.

Regular review and updating of the project plan will be performed as necessary with communications and notifications made to appropriate personnel.

Phase 4: Review and Closure

A quantitative and qualitative review will ensure all deliverables have been satisfied prior to closure of the project plan. A thorough review will also identify any opportunities for improvement as well as any additional project paths that should be considered.
